would happily return
The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Medina. Our Junior Suite had a tv, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with quality toiletries. The pool area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Free WiFi worked well, although not super fast. The hammam and massage services were a nice touch and super relaxing.

Everything was perfect, excellent staff made our stay really good. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was gorgeous even for vegetarians. The FAMILY suite was big size and unique with breakfast. The public parking was nearby, outstanding service. The pool was nice too.

we all had great time .We upgraded our stay into suites and those room were really large room, with the finest design, (with Free wifi). The terrace on the top has a great view of the city and the restaurant was really nice. Ther first night we arrived the staff openend the internal restaurant (three ladies) managed to prepare a great meal, superb pastilla (one of best of Fez). The all staff are really very kind, helpful and professional. We met a few times the owner and manager, very good person, precise and helpful. It is just a bit tricky to find the riad and would be great if the city council or someone could plan to prepare a proper map of the Medina (not easy..). We had great time
it was just a bit expensive the taxi organized by the Riad but it was much easy for us to arrive at the riad. The taxi driver a really pleasant nad precise. person

I loved how the Junior Suite was so spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The indoor pool and relaxing Turkish bath were perfect ways to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, breakfast could use a little more variety, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

This is beautiful Riad, away from the more crowded parts of the Medina. It's quiet and peaceful and very nice. The staff are all wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely suite overlooking the courtyard with external windows that allowed for a cross breeze. The room and bathroom were spacious and the beds were very comfy. There is some expansion construction going on and even though we insisted the noise wasn't a problem they were very apologetic about it. Breakfasts on the terrace are a delight, with fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea, and a variety of delicious things to eat. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. I'll stay there again!

Was definately world class. Elegant. Almost too much but did not descend into Disneyland. Service was excellent and you felt like royalty. As always as you approach from outside you have no idea what awaits
As in the older medinas of Marocco there is occasionally a wiff of sewage smell.

The junior suite provided a comfortable stay, complemented by friendly staff who genuinely care about your satisfaction. Delicious natural cut fries from the in-house restaurant were a highlight, but breakfast service had some delays and the shower water was lukewarm, slightly impacting the overall comfort.

The natural cut fries at the in-house restaurant were a dream, perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection! Plus, the location is unbeatable, just a hop away from Fassi Cuisine's culinary treasures. The hotel itself is beautiful, a true visual delight in every corner.
While the food was mostly a hit, service at breakfast was a bit off-coffee arrived late, and I had to ask for napkins. The shower water was lukewarm at best.

The intricate tile work and beautiful courtyards create an enchanting atmosphere, almost like stepping into another world. The private terrace off my room added a great touch for unwinding after a day exploring, with views over the serene dining area that felt exclusive and special.
Had a bit of trouble with the hot water. Only got lukewarm showers, which wasn't ideal after a long day. The bathroom could use a little TLC. Soap dispensers broken and cleanliness left me questioning its upkeep. Breakfast service felt a bit disoriented-coffee and tea arrived well after our meal, and asking for napkins was like a chore.

Fine vibes, but chilly nights
This place is super beautiful with very nice mosaic tiles everywhere that just blow your mind! The plants in the atriums are lush and really calming. Our room was great, but it got pretty cold at night and we had to wait too long for warm water in the shower. The dinner was massive and delish though!

Fine, fine, fine.
The interiors took my breath away with vibrant mosaics and intricate designs everywhere you look! My Junior Suite was a true oasis, offering a lovely balcony view overlooking the pool where I could sip mint tea in peace. The staff, led by amazing Mohammed and Amina, was like family.
strongly recommend 💖✨
